Hey, I'm Anamarie!
I’m an entrepreneur, business educator, strategist, and creator of the Roots to Rise™ Business Academy. But more than that, I’m someone who’s been exactly where you are.
I built this Academy because I know what it feels like to carry the full weight of a business you care deeply about - managing the details, solving the problems, holding it all together - while quietly wondering, "Why does this feel harder than it should?".
When I built my first business, I didn’t lack drive. I lacked structure. I had grit, long hours, and a commitment to doing it right, but I didn’t yet understand how businesses actually work beneath the surface.
Over time, I realized the issue wasn’t effort. It was design.
